Fawry is hiring Cards Portfolio Manager.
Job Description:
-Analyze Fawryโs prepaid card portfolio for insights and business opportunities.
-Understand customer lifecycle and identify business opportunities through data analysis and campaign result reviews.
-Design and implement initiatives including partnership campaigns and system enhancement to maximize portfolio growth, profitability and improve customer experience.
-Work closely with other stakeholders (Credit, Operation, etc) to ensure credit strategy and risk management measures are performed.
-Report performance of Card portfolio growth and profitability and participate in planning cycle with management, Finance and other units to ensure consistency with business goals.
-Investigate and respond to customer queries or issues.
-Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree.
-3:5 years of working experience in the Cards / Banking Industry is preferred.
-Sound knowledge of card products, processes and operating systems
-Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
-Sound knowledgeable of financial market trends and financial KPIs.
-Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
-Solid presentation skills.
-Strong communication and presentation skills.
