Hyde Park Developments is currently hiring Oracle CX Consultant.
Job Purpose:
As an Oracle CX Consultant, you’ll support Sales, Community and Marketing executives around the organization with their system requirements and implement the necessary changes into Oracle CX suite of products.
Responsibilities:
1. Resolve technical and operational issues with Oracle CX (Sales & Marketing)
2. Assist in design, development, testing and implementation of Oracle CX Service module
3. Provide suggestions to customize Oracle CX (Sales & Marketing) to enhance the business processes
4. Cater for requests from Marketing, Sales & Community teams
5. Develop reports, data interfaces and application extensions to Oracle CX

· A proven track record of end-to-end delivery in the Oracle CX space
· 3+ years of experience in Oracle CX (Marketing, Sales and Services)
· Ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
· Preparing and delivering briefings and presentations for marketing, sales and community executives as appropriate
· Self-motivated and able to manage and deliver ad-hoc solutions intuitively
· Able to work autonomously with minor supervision and as a member of a team
