EBank is hiring Operations Assistant Manager - Internal Control Department.
Main Tasks:
• Implementation, documentation, assessment and monitoring of internal control framework, including key risks in order to ensure that the bank has adequate controls to achieve Effectiveness and efficiency of business operations, reliability of financial reports and Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Deliver adequate and timely reporting on the internal control framework and control
Deficiencies to ensure appropriate communication, documentation, escalation to business
Partners, senior leadership and top management.
• Deliver adequate and timely action plans and monitor progress to address and resolve control
Deficiencies.
• Ensure the implementation of segregation of duties concept, retention of records, customer data protection and physical safeguards.
• Effective communication with external parties, such as customers, suppliers, regulators and
Shareholders.
• Work collaboratively with business and process owners to implement and monitor
Remediation efforts that result from internal control assessments, ensuring the effective
Implementation of corrective action.
• Continuous monitoring activities to detect control deficiencies and these monitoring activities must be reported and corrective measures must be taken to ensure continuous improvement of the system.
• Adherence to timely internal control yearly plan until completion and Responsible for the day-to-day activities.
Technical Skills:
• Strong experience in bank operations that can support internal control effectiveness and efficiency.
• Solid understanding and experience with internal control frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills include the ability to spot, assess and address risk, materiality and
Interdependencies and translate it into impact analysis for the financial reporting and
Recommendations for improvement.
Interpersonal Skills:
• Strong Verbal and Written communication skills presenting internal control and risk matters in an understandable way across various forums and levels of the organization with the right level
Of detail.
• Flexibility in determining issues and addressing changing priorities.
• Excellent Time Management skills.
• Tracking, Reporting, Governance Skills.
• Adaptable to working in a changing environment.
• Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders and communicate the benefits of tax initiatives.
• Flexibility in resolving issues and addressing changing priorities.
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration.
• 5 - 8 years in branches operations, Internal Control, compliance or Audit.
• Min 10 years Of Banking experience.
