Job Title: HRIS Supervisory/Managerial Level
Technical Qualifications:
1- 3+ years implementation experience of Human capital Management solutions
2- Experience with multiple HCM applications is a plus especially Orcale EBS and Orcale SaaS
3- At least 1 full life Cycle implementation of Orcale's Cloud HCM solutions
4- Strong functional knowledge of all the HCM tracks (HR, Talent, Performance)
5- Business analysis requirements gathering, and workshop leadership skills
