EBank is hiring “Contact Center Agent" with the below requirements: 

• Answering Customer Calls
•Handling Customers issues with efficiency and Proper way
•Providing customers with the organization's service and product information
•Followingup complicated customer calls when required
•Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating the minthe CRM

Job Requirements:
•Graduates Only
Very Good Command of English level
•Completed or Exempted from the military Service “If Male"
•Good Communication skills
•Ability to work in rotational shifts
•Good Negotiation skills
