Eetman for SME's services and one of Ghabbour's financial companies is looking for talented professionals to join our team in the below positions:
* SMEs ROs/RMs/SRMsResponsibilities:
- Enhancing the credit facility marketing process, and coordinating with other units (cross-selling).
- Improving the profitability of SME’ portfolio.
- Managing SME clients’ relationships in a way to achieve preset targets.
- Implementing field visits to SME clients and preparing call reports periodically.
- Collect needed clients’ information, documents, financial statements, and relevant data for different types of credit reviews.
- Oversee the state of targeted clients to ensure their solvency.
- Prepare and recommend credit requests to ensure adherence to credit policies and appropriate risk-return propositions.
- Cooperate with other segments to provide high-quality service levels and ensure adequate turnaround times.
- Follow up on clients’ complaints, and service recovery process.

Qualifications:
* 2-8 years SMEs experience in leading regional financial services’ Companies/banks.
* Through understanding of the full range of SMEs’ products & services.
* Good command of English.
* Excellent communication, networking, and selling skills.
* Strong interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills.
* Sound understanding of SMEs and their lending and other offered products.
* Strong credit appraisal and marketing skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
* Ability to build and sustain good personal contacts with clients.
Natural team player.
Academic and professional qualifications:
* Bachelor degree from a recognized university
* Credit course is an advantage.
