Job Description:
This job aims to closely monitor, identify and manage the bank’s overall Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Combating Financing of Terrorism (CFT) risks and is responsible for ensuring related processes are in place and within the bank’s internal policies and procedures and in line with regulatory requirements.
Reports to AML Monitoring Head
Duties:
− Serve as contact for stakeholders on AML/CFT matters.
− Follow-ups for account and transaction analysis and obtain clarification of transactions with front-line when needed.
− Ensure that the applicable risk classification of clients matches with Risk Assessment Study.
− Conduct and manage timely review, analysis and closing of transactions alerts generated via transaction monitoring system for potential suspicious activity within the target timelines in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards and bank's procedures to detect and assess ML/FT risks
− Ensure proper and timely escalation of cases to AML Senior Officer and highlight concerns with proposed rectification action required as appropriate for further investigation.

This job aims to ensure meeting Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) requirements and mitigate risks that may arise and manage the bank compliance risk through delivering and enhancing features and quality of systems and reports.
Reports to Regulatory Unit Head
Duties:
− Supporting various business functions in internal and external FATCA/CRS related queries and the establishing and setup of FATCA/CRS policies and procedures.
− Support pre-reporting events: Annually assessing what the Bank have responsibility for and where reporting may have to take place.
− Ongoing reviews to ensure correct due diligence is held on file and in good state (such as self-certification, W8BENE, W9 etc.)
− Managing reports workflow through coordinating with various stakeholders, working with group to ensure reporting deadlines are met and filed in correct schema XML format.
− Working with front and back office to produce reporting templates, draft point of contact to deal with any tax audits on information submitted should they arise.
− Manage internal audit requests in relation to FATCA/CRS functions.
