· Manage amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
· Provide accurate, satisfactory answers to the customers’ queries.
· Identify customers’ needs, clarify needed information.
· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Requirements:
· Related Bachelor’s Degree.
· Excellent command of English written and spoken.
· 1 to 3 years of experience in the same field.
