Responsibilities :
-Establish & maintain personal files in
accordance with the labor law, prepare paperwork required
-Ensure compliance with HR leave & time attendance policies by tracking employee leaves
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
-Maintain Employees Data on ERP system (adding new hires, deactivating leavers, adjusting changes)
- Handle the medical & life insurance file in regards to addition deletion, claims

Experience: At least 2 to 4 years’ experience in the same position.
Education: Bachelor degree is a must.
Computer skills: V.Good command in MS office.
Familiar with computer and ERP skills
English Level V.Good.
Age: 25 To 30 years
