what you'll Do
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Recruit, hire, and train sales team to reach top talents
Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
Educate customers and prospects on our propositions and services.
Sales Target - achievement of monthly sales target as per the projects allocated
Reach New leads
Creation of weekly sales report
Submit the KPI of the sales team to the HR Department.
Support within create the ROI for the marketing cost (sales team salaries)
Corporate customer retention and growth - establish strong customer relations while representing local and national clients professionally
What You'll Need
A minimum of 5 years of experience in related role as a Sales Manager.
Successful track record of hitting sales and revenue targets.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
Experience working within the e-commerce and Logistics industries.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong verbal and written communications skills in English & Arabic.
