Hiring: Sr. IT Technical Support
Location: 10th of Ramadan
Requirements:
Bachelor of Information Technology or Computer Engineering or any related preferable.
MCP, A+, N+ and CCNA or attend the training.
From 4 to 6 Years practical total experience of computer hardware, software, maintenance, support, troubleshooting and networks.
Good command of English.
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power-Point, MS Project, outlook).
Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, team player, independent employee, ability to learn, self-motivated and proactive.
