"IT Development & Support Sr. Engineer"

Duties and Responsibilities
· Timely purchase IT software hardware, software, licenses.
·  Apply the IT policies (security policy, email policy, laptop policy, …).
·   Front line for all issues related to the IT, network, desktop. Applications, printing, Internet, storage, etc.
·   Track IT tickets through to resolution, within agreed SLA.
·   Install and track SW licenses.
·   Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
·   Mentoring junior team members and doing knowledge transfer.
·   Support desktop business software applications.
·   Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers).
·   Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate technical solutions.
·   Ensure all tickets resolution are properly logged.
·   Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
·   Prepare accurate and timely reports.

Job Requirements
·   BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field.
·    Experience 4-8 Years.
·   Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
·   Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
·   Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
·   Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
·   Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
·   Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
·   Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies is a plus.
