Job Description:
- Responsible for producing creative, engaging and informative internal communications and supporting overall employee engagement.
- Creates and edits content for a wide range of internal communications – including, corporate communications, announcements, targeted e-mails, video, postcards, e-cards, podcasts, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Ensures that internal comms is commuted to employees in a clear, timely, and effective manner
- Arrange for and monitor company internships, trips, and summer programs
- Develop & Maintain a strong Employer brand.
- Ensures communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision.
- Ensure workers are engaged in company initiatives.
- Continually improve, measure, and evaluate effectiveness of employee communications strategy and methods.
- Verifies invoicing accuracy and processes for payment.
