Ridgewood is seeking a talented "HR coordinator" as a core participant in the HR Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Recruitment and employment:
- Receiving Job Requisitions.
- Responsible for the sourcing process through different channels.
- Screen & Filter CVs concerning Job requirements.
- Deliver Applications & Exams for Applicants & Correcting Exams.
- Interviewing & Selecting the appropriate Candidates according to the specified Criteria.
- Implement and coordinate the Orientation Program.
- Responsible for updating the probation period and contract renewal status with department heads.
- Responsible for the employment and separation processes.

- Cooperate with line managers in updating and creating / update Job descriptions (If needed)
- Developing HR forms.

*Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives to meet business objectives.
- Monitor business performances and generate periodic performance reports for management review.
- Analyze root causes of performance issues and suggest corrective actions.
- BS.c holder
- 1-2 years of experience in the same role.
- Related HR Certificate / Diploma in an assist.
- V. good to excellent command of English Language.
- Professional user in MS Office.
- Strong interviewing skills.
- Reporting skills.
- Able to handle different types of employees' issues.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills .
