Senior Architect needed:
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide concept design reference to project requirements
-Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to architectural and engineering projects, reviewing drafts and computer models, and approving design changes.
- Assess potential projects for feasibility by researching and analyzing associated technology, design requirements, governmental regulations, and market demand.
-Review project design drawings & documents for quality assurance
-Review on consultant deliverable.
-Plan, coordinate and manage project deliverables
-Collaborate with the team in developing creative design solutions
-Preparing needed schedules for the project performance.
-Innovate and develop new standards, policies, and procedures for architectural design and engineering work as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

Qualifications:
-bachelor’s degree in architecture (min. Grade: Good, project: excellent)
at least 6-8 years of experience as an architect.
-Collaborative skills
-Contractor and consultant coordination ability
-Presentation expertise, includes excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.
-Proficient in AutoCAD and other related software and design platforms
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-starting
-Full awareness of the governmental requirements and regulations, especially for the north coast area.
-Sketch-up / 3D modeling knowledge is preferable.
