A Multinational Bank is currently seeking to hire Limits Implementations Validation Control Manager with the following criteria:
· 10 Years of Experience in Credit admin. & control
· Experience Background: Strong knowledge of credit approvals interpretation & limits / collaterals structuring on core banking system & Good knowledge of credit facilities mechanisms.
· Reviewing & validating all Credit back office process related to limit & collateral to ensure adhering to & following credit facilities terms & conditions in order to mitigate risk & avoid potential CBE penalties.
· Ensuring that approved facilities limits, terms & conditions are properly reflected on banking systems so as to facilitate business & protect the bank rights.
· Coordination with various dept. to ensure proper implementation of approvals from all aspects (internal controls / regulatory).
· Ensures proper review & validation of the adjustment of credit facilities limits against export contracts to ensure adhering to facility terms, conditions and special disbursement mechanism.
· Ensures proper review & validation of the adjustment of credit facilities limits against invoices to ensure adhering to facility terms, conditions and special disbursement mechanism.
· Ensures proper review & validation of the adjustment of credit facilities limits against purchase / sales order to ensure adhering to facility terms, conditions and special disbursement mechanism.
· Ensures proper control of the release of tangible collaterals & adjusting the related limits to safeguard the bank’s position.
· Updating & adjusting the syndicated facilities terms & repayment schedule on system after verifying the receipt of proper instructions from the syndication lead arranger.
