DMG “ Dar Al Mimar Group” is hiring “Senior Investment Analyst”
Responsibilities
1. Build and complete financial models.
2. Validate financial models for reasonableness of assumptions and accuracy of calculations through internal and external benchmarking
3. Review and manage equity valuations, via DCF, Precedent Transactions and other methods.
4. Conduct investment/project appraisal for different investments and/or projects.
5. Set KPIs for Residential and Non Residential Projects
Qualifications
· Bachelor's in business administration-finance, accounting or related field.
· Strong fluency in English and Arabic languages.
· CFA Holder is Preferable
· Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
· Strong financial modeling skills.
· (7-10) years experience working in the field of Asset Management, equity Research and/or Investment Banking.
