โข Bachelorโs degree in business administration & Law is preferred from a reputable university.
โข Minimum 5:8 years of experience in HR
โข HR diploma or certificate is a plus.
โข Excellent in English, writing, reading, and speaking
โข Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
โข Excellent organization skills.
โข Strong knowledge of Labor Law.
โข Strong knowledge of social insurance Law and best practices.
โข Excellent in Microsoft Excel.
โข Ability to dealing with governmental organizations
