Emaar is hiring Tendering Manager with the following Job Scope :
• Develop and communicate a tendering business plan; establish, communicate and implement long-term goals in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency of the whole Tendering/awarding cycle.
• Ensure the execution of tendering strategies across the firm to ensure consistent and high quality value delivery.
• Lead the tender team through all tendering/awarding cycles
• Identify areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results.
• Manage all tenders across Emaar Misr various departments.
• Implement, coordinate & follow up Tendering process.
• Plan, prepare & conduct aggressive negotiations with Contractors / Consultants / Service Providers.
• Assessment of risk / workload distribution among Emaar various Developments, with particular emphasis placed on ensuring that awarding new contractors & consultancy agreements are properly administered in accordance with Emaar’s tendering policy & Procedure.

*Skills and Qualifications:
-BSc in Civil/ Architectural Engineering
-Minimum 10 years in related field
