Support Renewal Specialist at BARQ Systems

BARQ Systems- Egypt Office is hiring "Support Renewal Specialist " with the below qualifications;

 Education: BSC in Business Administration or Relevant education
• Experience: 1-3 years experience in Order Management
• Good Command of English.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain updated install base database with the updated services purchased by customers for each hardware.
- Update the database with the successfully received support renewal contracts from vendors with all its information including, service type, start date, and end date.
- Inform sales and presales of the contracts that are going to expire to prepare its renewal quotations.
- Send the expired quotes to the purchasing team, asking them for an updated quotation
- Review received quotes and make sure it includes all the items sent originally
- Send the quote to presales to review technically the quote before sending it to the salesman
- Review the quote before ordering
- Review the activated contract
- Add activated contract to the install base
- Work to achieve support renewal target
