Job Functions and Duties:
Main Functions:
1. Accounting and Data Entry: determine and maintain the main parameters of reporting on QuickBooks or any other system that Firm decides to use.
2. Collection: Dealing with clients to ensure settlement of invoices and handling their inquiries and collecting tax-related documents.
3. Taxation and Social Insurance: withhold, collect and pay payroll taxes, VAT, lawyers taxes and any other such taxes or charges and pay by the deadlines. Prepare files for the Firm’s tax consultant.
4. Cash Management: Produce monthly budgets for cash payments, and annual budget in consultation with MP, handover and settle cash expenditures with lawyers and administrative staff according to budget.
5. Reporting: produce and design reports in consultation with the MP to reflect the performance of the Firm.
6. Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
