Part of the Duties and the Responsibilities:
· Cost analysis for actual cost incurred per project and compare it with committed cost, budget, and business plan on a monthly basis.
· Ensure that all project costs (land cost-soft cost-hard cost-infrastructure cost-finance cost-overhead cost) are allocated according to company policies & procedures and in compliance with financial accounting standards.
· Prepare detailed fixed assets register, categorized by asset class, with all related documents hyperlinked, users, location, department, and insurance for all eligible items.
· Handle the company's oversight of the fixed assets tagging system for the fixed assets reporting.
