EL-Taamir for Mortgage Finance Co. “ ALOULA ” is hiring Senior Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
§ Responsible for revenue generation based on business targets.
§ Selling the concept of Mortgage and its benefits to potential clients through regular interaction, presentations.
§ Develop a good relationship with brokers and resale divisions at real estate companies.
§ Contact the developers to acquire Portfolio acquisitions.
§ Make agreements with ready built property owners in order to sell their units through Mortgage.
§ Follow up and speed file process End to End with the internal departments.
§ Ability to build a long-term win-win relationship with the clients.
§ Develop a constructive and cooperative working relationships environment with other department’s team members.

Requirements:
§ 4-6 years in relevant experience in Mortgage/ leasing/ factoring with real estate background is a plus.
§ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or any related fields.
§ Hands on experience is sales/ banking/ real estate.
§ Ability to identify target clients
§ Strong written and verbal selling and negotiation skills
