#Responsibilities :
● Coordinate HR Manual and the Policies and Procedures on a monthly basis.
● Design Company Development Organization Structure and update them on a monthly basis.
● Extract all employees data and prepare separate lists for all Company departments and Projects to be sent for Department Managers.
● Analyze all performance appraisal reports in order to extract training, development and assessment need.
● Coordinate HR Manual and the Policies and Procedures on a monthly basis.
