We're hiring for a Program \ Operation Manager at ATHEAR
- Supervision the team, cascading the agreed on KPI Monitoring their daily performance making sure that they are achieving requested KPI daily
- Early raise a flag for any needed corrective plan
-Running with them the team( agents ) weekly review to track their progress & share feedback
- Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
- Preparing reports and analyzing the Team data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
