Urgent needed for The Egyptian Clothing Bank an #HR_Admin to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
Responsibilities:
โข Managing HR documents and assisting in the hiring process.
โข Publish and remove job ads
โข Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
โข Update internal databases with new hire information
โข Organizing database, maintaining a filing system.
โข Handles employeesโ attendance, working hours, vacations & permissions.
*reponsible for S1 , S2 , S6 and all personnel operations
* can deal with insurance office & labor office
โข Make sure all HR operations run smoothly.

โข 1-2 years of relevant experience. (Previous HR experience).
โข BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
โข Must have good knowledge of Labor Law
โข Highly organized and detail oriented.
โข Good command of English
โข Good verbal and written communication skills
