Operational Excellence Manager
Objectives:
- Drive and impose continuous improvement philosophy & spirit through setting the main pillars and objectives of operation excellence
- Set strategic planning for execution of Kaizen events and improvement initiatives
- Ensuring value streams that not only flow at the rate of customer demand but are made visual in such a way and to such a degree that every employee in the organization can physically see that flow and fix the flow before it breaks down
- Ensure that all Functions are working with a strategic and tactic objectives and Clear K.P.I.s are established and measured
- Manage and Lead the of building Oriental Weavers Manufacturing System pillars and processes and ensure the effective implementation

Qualifications:
- 10 years at least practical experience in Operation Excellence out of them 3 years as managers in big or multinational organizations
- Building a new System for Continuous improvement and Lean Management system himself is a must
- Successful Leading with a proven track a function across multi-disciplined functions are a must
- Certified lean manufacturing black belt is a must
- 10 years at least practical experience in Operation Excellence out of them 3 years as managers in big or multinational organizations
