MEP Technical Office Manager
Job Role: Operations/Management Project.

Job Description:
Manage a team of technical Coordinate between the construction and engineering teams ensuring the harmony between engineering team requirements and construction team deliverables.
Manage and review shop drawing submittals Coordinate with other Technical Office engineers to produce shop drawings with a focus on aesthetics and cost control.
Determine and direct procedures and instructions to be followed according to design specifications and quantity of required materials.
Review the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, bill of quantities (BOQ), etc.) in order to properly plan for supplying materials to projects.
Work on clients' requests out of the preset scope and draft Request for Variation to issue Variation Orders (VOs) in both technical and commercial offers.
Submitting the selection to consultants to get complete approvals from the consultant on all submittals.

Job Requirements:
BSC of Engineering Mechanical or Electrical.
+15 Years of experience specified at least Construction - Residential & Commercial/Office Engineering Services.
