Senior Sales Operation Specialist at Fawry


Fawry is now hiring "Senior Sales Operation Specialist" with the following criteria :

Job Description:
· Daily market review
· Handling internal technical issues with the support team.
· Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports.
· Analyze reports and market activity.
· Create weekly dashboards for channel reporting.
· Responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and reporting of all metrics to internal, external senior management.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree
· 3-4 years of experience, preferred in call center reporting, workforce, insight team
· Excellent knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access preferred to have a knowledge of power bi .
· Excellent Communication Skills (verbally and written).
