•Position: Procurement Planner.
•Location: Factory (10th of Ramadan).
•Job Description:
-Create and revise Electric & Mechanical items, price based on Total Unit Cost Model.
-Generate and Implement activities & best practices to reduce material purchasing cost.
-Develop procurement localization plan to achieve targeted cost reduction amount.
-Develop and maintain report to assess procurement department performance.
-Evaluate supplier capability based on regular audits and generate improvement recommendations.
-Prepare reports to analysis current situation in order to generate solutions and recommendations.
-New molds setup and follow-up
-New models line-up (Mechanical Support)
-Mechanical BOM/ECO applications
-Line/Suppliers trouble shootings support
-Mechanical drawings and working guides control
•Requirements:
-Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
-1~3 years of experience in Planning, Procurement or Supply Chain.
-Very Good English (spoken and written).
-Excellent Presentation, analytical & problem solving skills.
-Excellent Microsoft user.
-Advanced computer skills and software usage.
