General Manager

• Establish organizational goals, performance objectives, guidelines and best practices that are based on board policy and strive towards achieving them.
• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations based on the goals, objectives, and standards of the organization.
• Establish KPIs required towards achieving organizational goals.
• Establish/distribute the departmental strategic KPIs and Monitor these KPIs to ensure that all KPIs are on track.
• Hands on experience in FMCG industry
• Provide a role model of supportive and participatory leadership promoting the concepts of team-building, collaboration and empowerment.
• Appraise, monitor, and plan tasks to be given to individual staff members.
• Discipline, counsel, and coach employees to maintain positive results generation.
• Supervise the monitoring and managing of all labor and other controllable expenditures within budget.
• Maintain inventories and establish contracts to ensure consistent availability of the required services and merchandise.
• Study trends, authorize clearance sales and determine all required sales promotions.
• Prepare proper reports that support board to take decisions in the right time manner.
