Senior HR Recruitment is needed for Smart Group.
• Analyses the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, receiving requests from managers according manpower plan of the hospital.
• Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and onboarding.
• Searching for candidates from different sources.
• Finding ideas to develop sourcing system.
• Screening CVS
• Making phone interviews
• Coordinates with departmental heads to arrange for panel interviews to speed up the selection process.
• Supports the hiring process through preparing contracts, approvals to hire, fingerprint, IDs, uniform, etc.
• Provide current employees & new hired with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
• Responsible for sending an HR announcement for newly hired employees (to their direct supervisor or manager).
• Responsible for organized the orientation program & follow up onboarding process
• Conduct exit interview and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed & updating manpower.
• More than 5 years of experience.
• Job Location: Heliopolis.
