Lundbeck Middle East & Africa is hiring “Regional MIS Specialist” (Based in Egypt)
Qualifications:
-Candidates should be Information Technology, Computer Science graduate or any equivalent.
-2 to 3 years of experience working in IT.
-English Fluency is a must (Written & Spoken).
-Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneous.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for all IT aspects in Egypt, Gulf and Saudi Arabia.
-Respond to all change requests in CRM customers database on timely manner.
-Acting as a local ITC for Egypt, Gulf and Saudi Arabia.
-Update customers segmentation on quarterly bases.
-Apply territories reallocation when required.
-Collect cycle plans from district managers and apply it on quarterly bases.
-Handle all communication with Service desk and Veeva CRM support.
-Provide Training for Lundbeck staff on corporate systems and Veeva CRM.
