Project Administrator needed at Intelligent Field Marketing
About the job:
- Being the focal point between client and Agency
- Process client daily reports
- Meeting regularly with clients for projects updates, special requests or new briefs
- Conducting regular market visits to check on the field team
- Following up with HR Department of team recruitment and insurance
- Managing field team and communicate clients request to them promptly
- Revising and reviewing data and assuring its accuracy - Coordinating with finance team for follow ups and issuing quotations and invoices
Job Requirements:
- Leadership skills
- 0-5 years experience (experience in field marketing is a plus)
- Very good computer skills
- Excellent Microsoft office knowledge
- Male / female
