HR Supervisor specialized in OD
Location : Heliopolis
Responsibilities:
โขResponsible for conducting job analysis, job descriptions and grading system of jobs.
โขSet KPIs cascade them to all company departments.
โขDevelop career path, succession plans, and retention programs for key talents.
โขImplement employee engagement & satisfaction surveyโs.
โขMaintaining and revising the companyโs handbook on policies and procedures.
โขMonitor and update the company manpower & Org Charts transactions.
โขAnalyze the workflow within the function structure to eliminate overlapping
โขAssist in developing performance management, Training; policies & procedures.
โขIssue the TNA, training plan & budget
โขImplement the Training plan across the year and manage the training documentations.
โขHandling & Supervising all personnel activities including but not limited to: ( Monthly Attendance -HR Monthly Reports- Supervise The Legislative process -,Recruitment & hiring process,keeping employees hiring documents completed)
Qualifications:
โข HR Certificate is a must
โข Very good English written & conversation.
