EBC is hiring Operation Manager
Responsible for O&M of all EBC systems including Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Fire alarms, Fire-fighting, CCTV, HVAC and Plumbing systems.
Develop Corrective and Preventive maintenance plans and leading the implementation.
Ensure a 100% systems availability and reliability.
Responsible for planning, design, and O&M of all electromechanical systems serving EBC data center.
Prepare and control equipment and spare parts and place orders when necessary.
Monitor expenses and control maintenance budget and report to management accordingly.
Keep maintenance logs and reports for all O&M activities.
Responsible for the interior design & space planning related activities.
Manage utilities and Energy Saving Initiatives, and propose new ideas for maximum optimization and effectiveness.
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
Ensure all O&M activities are complying with health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
BSc in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
15+ years of relevant experience. Strong leadership, managerial and communication skills.
Excellent command of English language and MS office (AutoCAD is a plus).
