Logistic Import Coordinator at Atlantic Group

Atlantic Group located in 10th of Ramadan Requiring to hire  

Logistic Import Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
  1-Handling Import shipments with freight forwarders and shipping lines and local transportation with tracking contractors.
    2-Maintains accurate records for all shipments and prepares all required reports.
    3-Inform and coordinate with the Accounting Department in handling payment issues, ensuring payment on time to avoid delays and further costs.
    4-To file properly all Import documentations and customs follow up.
    5-To escalate on Import issues to Management.
   6-Ensure giving high Service Standard via timely reply with freight information details/ status upon request for sales team and customers.
    7-Qualifies shipping lines, forwarders and the Clearing Agents by evaluating the quality of service and prices.

Job Requirements  
Required a bachelor degree.
Past experience : 5-7 years in similar position.
