Job Summary:
Installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software with understanding of all high level systems and working knowledge of more common hardware and software systems, knowledge include Microsoft technologies as well as other enterprise technologies.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the setup of hardware /software, especially desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Providing Technical support for staff and clients.
- Diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Manager
