Business Development Director needed at Driller
The ultimate aim of the Business Development Director is to improve an organization’s profitability by generating new prospects. These can be in the form of possible partnership ventures, a potential segment of the market, or a shift in the company’s overall business operations. The confidence needed to accomplish this entails familiarity with other disciplines related to business, such as finance, market research, sales, and planning.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic plan and objectives around client development and business growth.
• Develop and execute growth ideas and is continually learning and growing
• Identify, assess and recommend construction projects to pursue
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure we are on the bid list
• Develop relationships with key personnel in the Developers, engineering firms and construction firms
• Discuss opportunities with management and operations to discuss RFQ/Bid opportunities as it pertains to strategic goals
• Minimum of 10 years progressive leadership experience in the General Contracting, Construction of medium to large scale Projects
