Job Location: Maadi, Cairo Egypt
Educational Required:
Bachelor in Architectural Engineering
Experience:
From 4 to 6 years of Experience in Architecture Design /Graphic or related field.
Responsibilities:
• Create architectural designs based on client input and feedback
• Make the required architectural amendments and changes as per the instructions.
• Modeling, rendering & providing enhanced visualized shots for presentation & marketing purposes.
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
• Plan and conduct minor modifications to complete working drawing sets.
• Assists in the preparation for plans for existing buildings where plans are not available.
• Develop and present conceptual and schematic designs for projects.
• Assists in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, etc.
• Preparing Studies and presentations for projects as needed.
Computer Skills:
(3D Max, Photoshop, Revit) is a must
( Sketchup , Lumion ,in design, corona) is a plus
