A To Z Business center & Offices is hiring Marketing Specialist/Customer Service
To be responsible for:
1- Developing and implementing marketing plans.
2- Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits.
3- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
4- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
5- Establishing goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
6- Creating marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms
Requirement:
1- Two or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate, or same field of office space environment.
2- Bachelor’s degree : better in communications, marketing or Diploma.
3- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, persuasive.
5- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
6- Market Knowledge, Negotiation, Quality Focus, Problem Solving
7- Highly organized and detail oriented
