· Main Responsibilities:
§Establish and maintain financial documentary process, policies and procedures for the company
§Maintain and develop strategies and plans for the short and long-term financial goals of the organization with financial Budget.
§Over seeing Treasury, daily cash or operational cash arrangement.
§Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
§Coordinate & deal with tax authority.
· Experience:
§ 5-10 years experience as a financial manager.
§ More than 10 years experience in all financial functions (Costing - budgeting - AR – ETC…..) .
· Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics.
§ Preferred CMA or MBA holder
· Qualification Competencies:
§ Planning & organizing. §Analytical thinking
§ Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
§Relationship building§adaptability skills §Team Leadership.
§V.good Knowledge in all types of Taxes .
