Job Description:
The Candidate will be Responsible To set-up and implement strategic material planning processes to enable operational and production continuity. Takes a coordinating lead, working closely with internal and external parties to ensure supply of materials to satisfy production requirements. Able to deliver efficient, effective and flexible solutions to meet production requirements. ,This role holds people and budgetary management responsibilities for material requirements of Plant operations.
Skills
• Relevant Bachelor’s in Engineering is a must
• Significant experience of working in material planning manager role, ideally within FMCG manufacturing and Supply Chain (3 years experience at least in similar position
• Proven people management skill set,
• Expert knowledge and understanding of a variety of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
• Confident PC user, SAP key user for Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems in SAP,
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of lean techniques may be advantageous.
