Senior Account Manager at Kijamii

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with no less than 6 years of experience in a digital agency environment.

Main responsibilities

•  Assist in setting accounts strategic direction
• Ensure the quality, progress, and outcome of the team jobs
• Motivate members so that they meet deadlines, work productively, and resolve any issues effectively
• Follow-up on accounts progress in daily/weekly basis
• Attend periodic client meetings
• Ensure strategy alignment for accounts on periodic basis
• Review monthly reports to evaluate account performance
• Perform a monthly team evaluation
• Conduct a monthly accounts evaluation
• Report to management on periodic basis

Needed abilities:
-Handled big accounts and a team under him/her.
-Excellent communication skills and languages
-Effective team management capabilities.
-Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms.
-The willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas.
