Oracle HRMS Technical
Specialist Qualification and Skills:
• Hands on working with Oracle ERP (HRMS component), specially modules related to Attendance, compensation, benefits, vacation, ….
• Solid understanding of HR business.
• Understanding of Integration concepts.
• Hands on working with Oracle SOA Suite, and exposing ERP functions as web services.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Troubleshooting skills, Problem solver and team player.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Attend design explanation sessions with technical leads and solution architects
• Raise concerns about design and requirement issues.
• Develop solutions
• Unit testing
• Peer code reviews
• Investigating and fixing of production issues
• Promoting code between different environments
• Solving code review reported issues
• Solving testing reported issues
