• Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Ensure proper installation and updating of antivirus and anti-malware software on end-user equipment.
- Manage day-to-day service delivery problems and work on special projects as assigned
- Very good knowledge in Networking devices & architecture (switches, firewalls, access points…) and protocols
• Job Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc. in Communication Engineering or Computer science from reputable university.
- Gender: Males Only
- Experience: 3 - 4 years
- Location : Nasr City
- Days off: 1 day/ week
- CCNA certified or Background is preferred
