HR Generalist at Heibco

HR Generalist needed at Heibco 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Recruiting and staffing logistics
✓ Conduct a comprehensive job analysis survey to creat a clear
descriptions bank for all possible vacancies with accurate details
for each vacancy
✓ Work on Designing, developing and maintaining the recruitment
process (including its description, recruitment measurement
definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions
to close gaps).
✓ Develop an assessment process to ensure the quality of candidates
and ensure the process consistency.
✓ Interview applicants for various business sectors.
✓ Manage& enhance the recruitment database.


• Organization Development
✓ Analyze root causes for organizational problems and recommend
corrective actions.
✓ Ensure that employees work effectively to meet and exceed the
business expectations.
✓ Ensure employee maintains high level of professionalism and
competence in their assigned work duties.
✓ Develop a performance management program to support
organizational growthIdentify performance gaps and determine
training needs
✓ Assist in preparing training programs, tools and materials to
improve employee skills.

• Employee Relations:
✓ Build positive and achievement oriented work environment for
employees
✓ Develop team building activities to ensure integrity and
consistency between various teams.
✓ Maintain a clear communication with all employees
✓ Administer employees files and employment documents.
✓ Maintain compliance to reglatory concerns and reports

• Candidate personal specifications:
Knowledge and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any equivalent
• Specialized extra studies in HR field is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of principles and practices of human resources
• Knowledge of Data management techniques

Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field position

Skills/Abilities
• Very good interviewing skills
• Very good listening skills
• Interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Ability to effectively interpret body language Ability to work under pressure
• Very Good command of Arabic and English (written, orally)
