HR Generalist Required for one of the leading companies in the Compressed air Machines
Responsibilities:
• Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
• Responding to employees’ inquiries, requests and handling employees complaints .
• Manage the recruitment process to meet manpower plan requirements.
• Follow the HR database and regularly update the personnel information.
Job Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 3-5 year of experience in Human Resource specially in (Recruitment - payroll - personnel) in retail or manufacturing industry.
• Giza Residents preferred
• Extra HR studies is a plus.
