We are looking for Office Manger
Job responsibilities:
- preparing payroll.
- controlling correspondence; designing filing systems.
- assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- liaising with staff and clients.
- implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems using a range of software packages.
- assisting the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews etc.
Skills & work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- A Minimum of 1 years' experience.
- Excellent Office.
- Face to face communication skills.
