Wellspring Egypt is currently looking for “Account Manager”
Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve agreed upon sales target
• Follow up with clients to ensure excellent delivery of Wellspring services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/customers
• Handle customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating Wellspring database (schools, NGO’S, Universities, Clubs)
• Work on getting new leads through phone calls, emails and meetings.
• Ensure contracts are being fulfilled in regards to contracts terms and payments
• Create, update and document all wellspring proposals
• Updating clients/customers with Wellspring upcoming events
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales
• Bachelor’s degree is a must
• Fluency in the English Language
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
• Must be able to learn new concepts, applications and technologies quickly
• Ability to deal with changing priorities to complete tasks in a short period of time
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong business development, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
